Club Run LA April 08
Nike’s Club Run LA is starting again. Turns out the first run was on April 1st for the Hermosa area.
They have different running paces and distances for all levels of runners. It starts at 6:30 but I have never seen them run at 6:30… usually takes about 20 mins for them to get the runners together.
Distance:
- 1 - Mile
- 3 - Mile
- 5 - Mile
Pace anywhere from 15 mins/mile (Good Walking Speed) to 7 mins/mile (However some break off and hit 6 mins/mile).
If you bring your ID you can try a pair of Nike shoes and get free socks! After the run Nike/Sangria provides free drinks and some food to eat, plus a raffle with some cool prizes.
